The SZL type assembled water tube boiler adopts a double drum vertical arrangement, and the combustion method is a chain grate. The rated evaporation capacity is 4-20t/h. The boiler burns biomass shaped solid fuel.
The water walls on both sides of the furnace adopt a membrane water wall structure; the water wall pipes on the front and back walls of the furnace extend down to the upper part of the grate to form front and rear arches, which not only increases the sealing performance of the boiler, but also increases the volume and heating surface of the furnace. Reinforced the strength of the back arch. Behind the furnace is a combustion chamber, a convection tube bundle, and an economizer at the rear.
The flue gas enters the tail flue through the furnace, the combustion chamber, the convection tube bundle, and the economizer, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the dust collector, induced draft fan, and chimney. A secondary air is arranged on the front wall, which is controlled by a valve, and is put into use when biomass fuel is used to intensify the combustion, so that the fuel is fully burned out, and the combustion efficiency is improved. A higher feed inlet is adopted to meet the demand for biomass fuel.

1. SZL series water-cooled arch and membrane water-wall assembly boilers are a new type of water-tube assembly boiler that our company exclusively develops and integrates the advantages of bulk boiler arches. It combines the water-cooling technology and membrane water-wall technology of the combustion system of large-scale chain grate boilers. Ingeniously applied to assembled boilers, it is a domestic initiative, and its technical indicators are at the leading domestic level.
2. Membrane water wall structure is adopted on both sides of furnace and combustion chamber. The membrane water wall structure is an independent and original design of our company. The membrane water wall structure used in power station boilers is applied to assembled boilers. Its advantages are large heat transfer coefficient, good heat transfer effect, low heat loss, and good air tightness. The furnace wall is not deformed and does not leak ash.
3. The front and rear water wall pipes of the furnace extend down to the upper part of the grate to form a coin and a rear arch. The structure is added on the basis of the original mature bulk boiler. On the basis of the other heating area, the radiant heating surface of the furnace is added, and the overload capacity is stronger; the front and rear arches are framed by water-cooled wall pipes and cast with high-alumina cement. Therefore, it avoids the shortcomings of cracking and collapse of the original boiler three-fold line arch brick for long-term high-temperature grilling, thereby prolonging the service life of the arch.
4. The arch of SZL series assembled chain grate biomass boiler adopts the inverted “α” arch technology of the “Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award of Xi’an Jiaotong University”. The front arch is high and short, and the back arch is low and long, adding flue gas. The burning time in the furnace improves the combustion efficiency; the streamlined back arch can throw the unburned carbon particles blown up from the back of the grate to the front. Make the coal more ignitable, the ignition line is neat, and the fuel has a wide adaptability.
