WNS series ultra-low nitrogen fully condensed steam/hot water boiler

1.Principle

Through the heat exchange between low temperature water and flue gas, the temperature of flue gas is reduced to the temperature at which vapor in the flue gas condenses into liquid water. The principle of utilizing the latent heat of gasification released during the condensation of vapor, the higher the condensation rate, the higher the corresponding boiler efficiency.

2.Technical characteristics

Ultra-low nitrogen emission, high thermal efficiency, low exhaust gas temperature, integration of boiler main part, enhanced heat transfer of corrugated boiler flue, thermal expansion compensation measures, three-layer insulation materials, fully automatic intelligent control, etc.
