4. During hot water boiler operation, each component needs to be inspected and the pressure and water level observed. If overpressure or water shortage, it is necessary to stop the furnace, put the ash in front, and inject a small amount of cold water, but do not let a lot of cold water to avoid accidents. In operation, the furnace worker does not allow to leave the post without permission. When working in night shifts, they are not allowed to sleep, and they are not allowed to sleep to avoid accidents.

6. The water level gauge is flushed once per shift. When flushing, according to the demarcation procedure, first block the water valve, open the drain valve, and flush the steam valve. At this point, pay attention to whether the steam is blocked. Then block the steam valve and notice if the water is clogged. When flushing the water valve, there is water and steam for a little longer to ensure there is no false water level.
7. Inspect coal used in hot water boilers to prevent explosives such as detonators from being thrown into the furnace to prevent explosion hazards.
8. Always check the temperature of the mechanical equipment and electrical enclosure during operation. If the machine malfunctions or the hair burns more than 60 degrees, stop maintenance immediately. When the ordinary piezoelectric hot water boiler is in normal operation, the steam pressure shall not exceed the specified working pressure, and the safety valve shall be inspected once a week.

1. Water shortage in hot water boiler
