The atmospheric hot water boiler is a pressureless hot water boiler with an air inlet at the top, and the boiler body is always in normal pressure operation. It is mainly used to heat and produce hot water. This is one of our more common boiler types. Most atmospheric hot water boilers that appear on the market today are characterized by computer control, intelligent and automated boilers. The general configuration boiler is equipped with a computer controller that is fully displayed, such as boiler pump use and burner operation.
The temperature of the hot water in the boiler, etc. will be transmitted to the computer screen through the controller, which is clearly visible to the people. Today, introduced the routine maintenance of atmospheric hot water boilers and two purposes;
The main use is manifested in two aspects: heating and bathing the hot water boiler uses the hot water circulation pump to circulate the hot water of the incubator, and the hot water of the water tank is heated up and down to achieve the purpose of bathing; the hot water boiler passes through the hot water circulation pump to dissipate heat. The radiator (heatsink) circulates the hot water of the heating pipe to meet people’s heating needs the hot water boiler and the hot water circulation pump cooperate with the heat exchanger to achieve the dual functions of bathing and heating.
In daily use, the atmospheric hot water boiler is directly sealed with tap water or a heating system, that is, the exhaust pipe on the boiler body and the atmosphere are used as a return pipe, and the boiler body is always at full water pressure.
There are two situations at the same time. First of all, when the temperature of the furnace water is too high, the generated steam cannot be discharged, the pressure will rise continuously, and explosions and leaks may occur at any time. Secondly, even if the temperature of the furnace water is not high, a large amount of steam is not generated. The higher the floor, the higher the pressure on the boiler body to withstand hot water circulation and the greater the risk.
The atmospheric hot water boiler is installed on the first floor or the basement, and the hot water storage tank is installed on the roof. Thus, the exhaust pipe and the atmosphere on the boiler body are also used as the return pipe. Although the boiler body is not subjected to the pressure exerted by the ring pump, the boiler is subjected to the hot water static pressure provided by the high water storage tank every moment, and the higher the floor, the higher the hydrostatic pressure.
If the atmospheric pressure is changed to a steam boiler, steam steamed rice should be directly installed on the boiler body and the atmosphere, and installed directly on the rice cooker, disinfection cabinet, and the like. Cook the vegetables or sterilize and install a control valve on the steam tube in the row.
