Long – term use of the electric hot water boiler will inevitably form dirt, so every once in a while to sewage. If a boiler needs several pipes at the same time, all blowdown pipes need to be blowdown. If the discharge reaches a point, no matter what is left, a long discharge will make the water quality in the steam boiler become worse, causing the discharge pipe to be blocked, and even causing the pipe to explode in serious cases.
In other cases, if more than one steam boiler serves as a blowdown and each steam boiler does not have a check valve, they must be prohibited from discharging at the same time. The purpose is to prevent sewage from flowing into adjacent steam boilers. The solution is to connect two blowdown valves in series to each blowdown pipe. We can determine the discharge interval according to the water quality of the electric hot water boiler. If the boiler has more water slag, the discharge time interval can be shorter. If the water quality in the boiler is good, the discharge interval can be longer.
