Electric hot water boiler is mainly used for living, but also has a small number of applications in industrial production. Steam generator is called steam boiler, commonly known as boiler, used in thermal power plants, ships, locomotives and industrial and mining enterprises. Hot water or steam directly provides the heat energy needed for industrial production and people’s livelihood, or is converted into mechanical energy through steam power plants, or into electric energy through generators. How to raise the steam temperature of the electric hot water boiler?
1. Steam temperature adjustment is carried out from the steam side. Change the heat sink on the steam side to maintain the rated outlet temperature. At present, the boiler is mainly regulated by water – jet thermostat.
The regulation method is relatively simple, mainly according to the temperature of the superheater, the appropriate opening or closing of the corresponding ultra-hot water regulating valve, change the superheater into the ultra-hot water. When the temperature rises, the large regulating valve should be opened to increase the amount of overheating cooling water. Otherwise, the small regulator should be closed until closed.
2. Conduct temperature regulation from the flue gas side, adjust the temperature change by adjusting the exhaust smoke volume (i.e. flue gas flow and flue gas temperature) in the superheater, so as to regulate the heat absorption rate of the superheater. Boiler load and combustion conditions will affect the temperature of flue gas.
The load regulation of the electric hot water boiler is relatively simple, and there are many factors that affect the combustion law, such as the changes of excessive air, water, ash and volatiles in the fuel, the changes of water supply and the changes of the air temperature of the electric hot water boiler, which make the combustion regulation more complicated.
