The hot water boiler users shall formulate the relationship curve between the water temperature of the hot water boiler and the outdoor air temperature according to the local conditions. During operation, the combustion amount shall be adjusted in time according to the corresponding relationship between the water temperature and the outdoor air temperature. The temperature difference is not more than 120 ° C. The change of water supply temperature should be carried out step by step. The temperature increase or decrease per hour should not be greater than 20 ° C.
The outlet temperature of the hot water boiler should be lower than the corresponding saturation temperature (ie, the vaporization temperature of the boiler water) below 20 ° C under operating pressure.
The outlet temperature of hot water boilers operating in parallel should also be controlled at any time. When the heating load is not large, the water temperature of the boiler with a higher outlet temperature is reduced by weakening the combustion; when the heating load is large, the method of opening the boiler outlet valve with a large outlet temperature is adjusted.
