1. If it is a hot water boiler larger than 2 tons, the water used must be treated to ensure that the water entering the boiler is qualified soft water, and if necessary, conduct sampling tests.
2. The feed water temperature is about 15-25 degrees, and the water supply speed should not be too fast. These are to avoid uneven heating of the boiler. Furnace workers must follow the operation manual to avoid shortening the service life.
3. After the completion of the water supply, the fireman needs to routinely check the water level of the boiler to see if the water level is abnormal. If the water level is found to drop, you need to check whether the drain valve or other valves are closed, if there is aging damage Replace with a new one immediately.
4. If the water level has reached a normal state and continues to rise, it is necessary to check whether the water pump has been turned off or whether there is a problem with the water valve. If the problem is found, please deal with it in time.
Start sequence of gas hot water boiler
⑴Start the burner, according to the burner specifications, the fuel used and the load of the gas hot water boiler, refer to the burner manual, adjust the opening of the fuel valve, and the opening of the air door in turn to achieve a good combustion state.
⑵ Set the lower limit temperature of the gas-fired hot water boiler temperature controller to 80°C, and the upper limit temperature to 95°C, so that the intermediate water in the drum rises to boiling quickly. Below 80℃, start the furnace. Above 95℃, stop the furnace.
⑶Open the inlet and outlet valves of the main coil to allow the heated medium to flow into the heat exchanger, absorb a large amount of vaporization heat, reset the upper and lower limit temperatures of the drum temperature controller, and observe whether the outlet temperature of the medium meets the requirements. Group heat exchanger, subject to the main heat exchanger), otherwise the upper and lower temperature limits can be adjusted to make the output temperature meet the design requirements. ⑷The normal operating pressure range of gas-fired hot water boiler is between -0.03MPa and -0.01Mpa. When the pressure is higher than -0.01Mpa, stop the furnace. When the pressure is lower than -0.03Mpa, it can be set to start the furnace automatically or not, and the furnace can be started manually.
