When the exhaust valve on the steam drum is completely steamed, turn on the main power to start the burner, close and check the boiler inlet, hand hole flange and valve. When the air pressure rises to 0.05~0.1 Mpa, add water, sewer, check the experimental water supply system. And sewer equipment. When the pressure of the flushing water level gauge rises to 0.1~0.15 MPa, when the bending pressure of the flushing pressure gauge rises to 0.3 MPa, the load fire/small fire button rotates in the fire direction. When the combustion pressure is increased and the operating pressure is increased to 23, the heating pipe starts to supply air.
When the water hammer discharge valve is completely closed, the main steam valve is slowly opened to prevent the water hammer discharge valve from discharging all the steam, and the main air valve is closed. The main air valve is slowly opened to fully open, then the semi-circular burner control knob is inverted to actively adjust the water level, and the water level is adjusted according to the load (manually starting and stopping the feed pump).
At low load and high load, the water level should be slightly higher than the normal water level. The water level should be slightly lower than the normal water level of the steam pressure adjustment: according to the load adjustment combustion (manual adjustment of fire / small fire) to determine the combustion situation, the combustion is adjusted to the best state.
