Hot water boiler internal inspection and use preparation, furnace and flue inspection, boiler accessories inspection, automatic control system inspection, auxiliary equipment inspection, combustion equipment inspection, auxiliary heating surface inspection, hot water boiler before operation to do some inspection, these inspections are not to be underestimated. It can have very serious consequences because of our neglect.
Therefore, we need to take precautions against microwave and slow down. Before running the hot water boiler, we need to carefully check the following items.
- Including internal inspection and operation preparation of the boiler.
- Inspection in furnace and flue, ash and debris in furnace and flue should be removed. The gate of the air duct and flue should be complete and tight, the switch should be flexible, and the opening and closing instructions should be accurate.
- Inspection of boiler accessories to check whether the safety accessories are intact; whether the cock is flexible and easy to use; various instruments and control devices should be complete, good and clean. After passing the inspection, the pressure gauge cock should be kept in working state.
- Inspection of automatic control system.
- Inspection of ancillary equipment.
- Inspection of combustion equipment to check whether the combustion device is in good condition; normal test turning of mechanical transmission system, coal conveying system and ballast discharging system; proper tightening degree of safety spring in governor box and good lubrication; correct indication of coal gate ruler; tidy and intact hawk iron, complete ballast plate and flexible action.
- Check the auxiliary heating surface, check whether the coupling of auxiliary equipment (induced draft fan, blower, water pump, etc.) is firmly connected; the triangular belt is tightened properly; the lubricant should be good and sufficient; and the cooling water should be smooth. After passing the inspection, install the safety shield, test run separately, and pay attention to the current when idling.
