Hot water boiler shutdown conditions are mainly divided into three types: temporary shutdown, normal shutdown and emergency shutdown. Temporary shutdown means that when a hot water boiler reduces the load for a short time or the steam unit and equipment temporarily suspends steam use, the operation of one or more hot water boilers can be suspended based on the reduced load and the duration of the temporary steam shutdown.
The normal shutdown of the boiler refers to the hot water boiler as a necessity for our winter life. After use, the boiler should be shut down properly in time to ensure the normal use of the boiler in the coming year. When the furnace is normally shut down, first stop supplying fuel, then turn off the blower, and finally turn off the induced draft fan; to prevent water hammer when the pump is stopped, the pump outlet valve should be gradually closed, and the pump should be stopped after the outlet valve is basically closed; temporarily stop the furnace When the furnace is temporarily stopped, the fire bed must be suppressed, and the flue exit baffle must be tightly closed.
During the fire, if the temperature of the pot water is found to increase, the circulating water pump should be started for a short time to prevent the boiler water from over-temperature vaporization
Emergency shutdown refers to the occurrence of an emergency, and it is believed that the boiler in operation is stopped to prevent safety accidents.
However, for some liquid-phase organic heat carrier furnaces during shutdown, special care must be taken not to cause coking and deterioration of the heat carrier due to improper operation and overheating. Therefore, the pump is stopped and the circulation pump is operated until the oil temperature drops to 70 ℃ So far.
For those who temporarily stop the furnace and press for a long time, pay attention to the ventilation of the grate to avoid burning the ring grate.
