The former is mainly used after the overhaul of the hot water boiler or after partial heating repair to inspect the leakage of the heated surface welds, connecting flanges, valves, etc.
The latter test is carried out before the installed hot water boiler is installed without heat preservation. The pressure of the overpressure test is 1.5 times the working pressure of the boiler. Generally speaking, the boiler is restored to overhaul and replace the hot surface and the boiler through technology. During the renovation, a boiler overpressure water pressure test is required.
