SZL series vertical dual drums chain grate water tube steam and hot water boiler, adopts quick fitting and assembly structure. The 4-6t/h boiler is of quick fitting tube structure, exit shop after completely assembled, the boiler of 6-35t/h is composed of 2 main components. The upper assembled component is the boiler proper heat absorbing part, and the lower assembled component is of combustion equipment. The former part of the boiler proper is arranged a membrane wall, the upper part of it is connected to boiler cylinder, and its lower part is connected to collective chest, so as to form a combustion room and absorb the radiated heat from the furnace. Its rear part is arranged with dense convection tubes between upper and lower boiler cylinders. The high temperature smog after combustion shall stand for twice returning flushing transversely to the heat accepting surfaces, and shall be introduced to coal saver singly arranged, and flow into duster and exhausted from chimney in the end.
Boilers produced by ZOZEN are widely applied in the feed industry and are well received by domestic and international customers. This time, ZOZEN Boiler not only reached a friendly cooperation with MCC Ltd as ZOZEN’s Bangladeshi agent based on mutual trust, but also won the appreciation of RRP Agro Farm’s, a Bangladeshi feed manufacturing enterprise. ZOZEN Boiler’s SZL series coal-fired chain grate boiler played a significant role in the production lines of RRP Agro Farm’s to provide safe and highly efficient heat supply for feed production. This was the first eco-friendly coal-fired boiler project completed jointly by ZOZEN Boiler and its agent MCC Ltd.
Thermal refining is one of the important processes affecting the quality of pellet feed in the feed production. The three main factors affecting the thermal refining are moisture, temperature and time which depend on the stable and highly efficient steam boiler equipment. According to the actual demands of feed production lines, ZOZEN Boiler customized the SZL series coal-fired steam boiler system which was equipped with multi-tube plus water film dust removal design for RRP Agro Farm’s to meet the requirements in terms of environment protection. Meanwhile, ZOZEN Boiler also set up different numbers of independent air bins and air dampers for the boiler base to ensure that SZL series coal-fired boiler could realize complete combustion, so the user could reasonably allocate air to the coal based on coal quality and combustion conditions to realize accurate air allocation and improve the fuel utilization. In addition, ZOZEN Boiler’s automatic production lines and computer numerical control processing rate (above 80%) could further ensure the machining accuracy to comprehensively enhance the quality of SZL series coal-fired boiler from structure design to manufacturing technology.
