The new type Zozen series steam boilers are of single boiler barrel,vertical type water pipe,Pot shell type steam boiler. And the combustion equipment is chain grate.The left and right sides of the stove chamber water wall are the radiation heating surfaces;the two wings of the stove chamber are the convection heating surfaces;inside the drum,it was decorated with spirally corrugated tube convection heating surfaces;
The front and back arches are made of heat-resisting concrete with the new technology –integral casting and tamping;the outside of the boiler’s main engine is a three-dimensional shape plate shell.
This series steam boilers has adopted the latest scientific research achievements,such as arched tube plate,spirally corrugated tube,etc,which managed to solve problems such as tube plate crack,swell of the bottom drum, water wall tube cracking,low heat efficiency,insufficient performance,poor biomass quality adaptability and so on.
Packaging

4. fixed machine on the fumigated plywood pallet with iron wire.
5. wrapped with wooden board around and nailed on.
