The WNS biogas steam boiler series has a horizontal wetback three-pass fire-tube structure. The boiler is equiped with a corrugated furce, a downward-facing haeth, a openable smoke chamber installed with front and back fire chamber; the exterior of the boiler incorporates a milky colored steel sheet. Symmetrically placed heat transfer tubes, spirally indented tube and light tube, increase the boiler thermal rate to above 90% with the extremely large heat transfering area.
The production process to eliminate the import of boiler welding safety hazards, very harsh use of butt welding, increase the safety coefficient of the boiler, boiler service life. The boiler is the upper feed water, because the water is always in high speed turbulent flow, so that convection, radiation, conduction keep in the ideal state, and constantly destroy the laminar boundary bubble and other attached objects, so as to ensure that the boiler heating surface has a good cooling water. The low-position combustion chamber makes the safe range of water level larger and the steam phase space of the boiler larger. The unique steam separator makes the steam quality better guaranteed (the steam dryness reaches above 97%).
